The core of Jan Cosmic Foundation is the teaching work of Dr. Baffour Jan. Through public talks, structured courses, sittings, and guided study, seekers are invited to examine consciousness, the Self, God, the soul, the mind, illusion, and the possibility of direct realization. The emphasis is not on collecting spiritual information, but on becoming quiet enough to see what is true.
