Jan Cosmic Foundation
A Path of Freedom and Awareness
Teachings, practice, and service for sincere seekers ready to turn inward, become awake and aware, and let self-realization shape everyday life.
“Freedom. Awake and aware.”
Dr. Baffour Jan

About the Foundation
A living movement of awakening and service
Jan Cosmic Foundation carries the teachings of Dr. Baffour Jan, a mystic and spiritual teacher whose work points seekers beyond belief, ritual, and accumulated knowledge into direct inner realization. Its stated mission is to teach and inspire all to evolve rapidly toward self-realization.
Based in Ghana and open to the world, the work takes shape through teachings, sittings, outreach teachers, healing and counselling, media, organic farms, children’s work, and practical service.

New to the Foundation?
You don’t need to know where this leads to begin
Jan Cosmic Foundation carries the teachings of Dr. Baffour Jan, a mystic and teacher. Begin with the doorway that feels honest: listen, sit, study, serve, and let understanding become life.
The living work
Six doorways into the same path
The Foundation is teaching, practice, service, and community. Dr. Jan describes service as part of evolution itself: different forms, one movement toward self-realization.

Teachings
Public talks on consciousness, the Self, God, mind, and inner freedom.

Retreats & Gatherings
Silence, sittings, balanced-state practice, and time to return inward.

InnerSpace
A structured path for those ready to study and practise with rhythm.

Centres & Community
Places to sit, ask sincere questions, recharge, organise, and serve.

Service
Direct and indirect service: outreach, healing, land work, media, and care.

Media & Writings
Recorded talks, interviews, and reflections that carry the teachings outward.
“The proof of our spiritual journey is the genuine love that is revealed in us and among one another.”
When you are ready, go deeper
InnerSpace is Dr. Baffour Jan’s online study path for sincere seekers who want to explore consciousness, the Self, balanced practice, and inner freedom with guidance.
Public teachings are an open door. InnerSpace gives the study a rhythm, a sequence, and a community of students walking inward.

Writings
Notes from the path
Transcribed talks, reflections, and notes from retreats — short pieces to sit with, not to rush through.

On Stillness
A short note on stillness — what it is, what it isn't, and why it tends to elude the people who chase it hardest.

Service is part of the path
Inner work and outer service are not two things. A few words on why Dr. Jan refuses to separate them.

Keeping a Daily Sitting Practice
A quiet, practical note on beginning again each day without turning meditation into another performance.
Service as practice
Inner work becomes real in how we serve
Dr. Jan presents service as part of evolution, not an extra activity added to spiritual life. Some serve directly as outreach teachers, healers, counsellors, organisers, farm workers, or media workers; others serve indirectly by supporting the work.
